Synectix Call Buffers automatically collect the Phone Call Data Record (SMDR/CDR) from a PBX and stores the information (data) in its internal memory. Its large repository of data storage (up to 400,000 records) enables you to process Call Accounting information as and when required. This effectively eliminates the need to keep the PC powered on at all times for Call Accounting purposes.
The unit comes with a built-in IP interface to enable Call Accounting service providers to use the buffer to remotely upload the SMDR data to a secure FTP server.
