Announcers - Night Answer
The Synectix Night Answer is a dual purpose unit for use in small businesses. The unit combines the functionality of Music on Hold and also act as an automatic Night Answer device for after business hours announcement.
The unit may also be programmed to announce ‘holiday greetings’ during week-ends and holidays.
During the day, when the business is open, the Music On-Hold function may be used to feed the on hold message to the PBX and all the callers will hear the content while they are put on hold.
After business hours, the Night Answer function may be used to answer phone calls and play a recorded message giving the office timings or an alternate number to be called during emergencies etc.
